The audition was interesting. I was under the impression that I was auditioning for the lead key position but that was not the case.
They have a pianist that has been with the Church for a long time.

But ... after speaking with the other members, they are itching for someone who can play other than what is written on sheet music and add color and depth.

Well .. that's me. I got the job.

I had to cold play off a lead sheet. I would never have been able to do that prior to taking your lessons.

They said I would be able to work my way into lead key roles as time went on.

The group is a nice bunch of people and we also get to accompany a Choir.

I cannot wait to introduce them to a little Gospel.
